Why the image is white black ?
As this game stick is NTSC version ,if your TV signal is PAL,that it is White black color . Please set the TV signal to NTSC or AUTO ,that will show color image .
Why another controller is not working ?
it come with two controller,the P1 controller is working on the main page and one/two player games , the P2 controller is only working on the game with two players , not working on main page .so ,if you want to choose games or close the playing games,please use P1 controller
